The project
An architecturally designed 34-apartment residential development comprising a range of 1×1, 2×1, 2×2 and 3×2 apartments. Featuring nine different designs (chosen by purchasers), all have access to a central residents’ Piazza and feature high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Each has secure basement parking, lift access, visitor intercom and electronic entry, and some have panoramic views of the CBD. The project also included the refurbishment of the neighbouring St Peter’s Anglican Church.
The scope
Our role included project feasibility, client representation, council and heritage approvals, design team and consultant management, tender negotiation and award of construction contract, contractor and consultant management during construction, management of the selling agent, and project hand-over.
